How to Request Data Deletion
Shackler is a business-to-business platform. Each pharmaceutical company that uses Shackler runs their own private deployment — which means your data is held by the company whose app you are using, not by Develomers directly.
Because of this, the fastest way to get your data deleted is to contact that company directly through their official support or HR channel.
If You Need Our Help Connecting
If you are unsure who to contact, or are unable to reach the company directly, write to us at:
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The name of the company or app you are referring to (e.g. "IntraLife Promotion App")
- A brief description of what data you want deleted
We will identify the relevant client organization and connect you with the right person on their team. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
What Happens Next
Once connected, the client organization is responsible for processing your deletion request in accordance with their data policies and applicable law. Develomers does not have direct access to your data held within another company's deployment.
